1. Injustice in business.
A. House obtained by unrighteousness.
An unfair scale, weights not right. Pro. 11:1
(Different sets of standards applied to people if they can get away with it.)
B. Using neighbor’s services without adequate wages.
C. Generally, ungodly morals applied. Romans 12:2
Including slothfulness in business. Rom. 12:11, Pro. 26:13
2. Ignoring the lessons of history.
*History not a required subject for increasing numbers of students. What is
minimized ? History, logic, communications skills, including ability
to read & listen. Isaiah 17:10-11
3. Failing to see the true nature of men.
A. His own covetousness. (self) Psalm 10:3
B. His harm to others. (devil) Pro. 16:29
4. Embracing a false sense of security.
A. Trusting all who allegedly love you, including self. (Jer. 22:20) 2 Cor. 1:9
B. Trusting in prosperity (riches). (Jer. 22:21) Mark 10:24, 1 Tim. 6:17
C. Trusting false pastors. (Jer. 22:22, 23:16-18, 33-40)
D. Certainty in people who appear close. Psalm 35:14-15
